- Tag RFID 13.56 MHz MIFARE
The Vitrum access control technology is based on proximity readers working with RFID MIFARE Tag standards, and to the ISO/IEC 14443 Type A 13.56 MHz contactless smart card standard.
The MIFARE Classic card is fundamentally just a memory storage device with simple security mechanisms for access control. They are ASIC based and have limited computational power. Thanks to their reliability and low cost, these cards are widely used for electronic wallet, access control, corporate ID cards, transportation or stadium ticketing.

The simplicity of the basic cards means that they are inexpensive, which is largely the reason for their success in large–scale deployments.
VDA long experience in Room management systems has allowed to develope a Logging of access control burglar proof. Micromaster logs every kind of event connected with the access door, from the reading of the tag itself to door unlocking (switch door required), to the detection of the guest’s presence within the room.
